Africa’s Disapora is a vast and rich tapestry of culinary delights. Wherever you go in the world, there will be an outpost of African food and drink. It may be small, basic and nondescript. But it certainly brings out the age-old tastes and aromas of the African kitchen in the distant clime.
And that is why, at ACM, we are always listening and looking for new vistas and new templates of African food outside the mother continent. And if there’s a new twist on an African delight, from Africa or from any of the Diaspora culinary carousels, we will be sharing it with you. And, if you find something you want to share with other African cuisine afficionados, let us know and we’ll put it out there.
